The location Portobello is a brilliant place to live, and the flat is ideally located just off Portobello High Street, with the beach only a short walk away. There are loads of independent cafés, bakeries, restaurants, bars and pubs on the doorstep, as well as local shops and amenities. You’ve also got Figgate Park and its weekly parkrun nearby, Joppa Tennis Club, and – for the brave – sea swimming followed by a sauna to warm back up. It has the feel of a seaside neighbourhood while still being very well connected to central Edinburgh. Who we’re looking for We’re open-minded about who makes the flat their home – younger or older tenants, couples or individuals, and pets are welcome (though we'd love to meet them at the viewing if possible).
