DOUBLE-WIDTH WEST FACING TERRACE | DIRECT PANORAMIC LONDON SKYLINE VIEWS | CORNER POSITION | WINTER GARDEN BI-FOLD WINDOWS | 8TH FLOOR | TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS | TWO BATHROOMS | LARGE OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE | KITCHEN ISLAND | RESIDENTS GYM | 24-HOUR CONCIERGE | AVAILABLE 28th SEPTEMBER ...   Bigmove are delighted to present this exceptional two double bedroom corner apartment within the highly sought-after Vespucci Court development in E14 , offering a genuinely impressive entertaining space and some fantastic 8th floor, direct views across the London skyline.   One of the standout features is undoubtedly the apartments double-width private balcony/terrace , considerably larger than the standard balcony space found within the development. Occupying the corner of the building, the apartment benefits from windows and aspects facing both south and west , flooding the property with natural light throughout the day.   The west-facing side of the terrace looks directly towards Londons skyline , creating a superb panoramic backdrop which becomes particularly impressive as the sun goes down and the City lights come on.   The terrace has also been designed with sliding bi-folding glazing , allowing the space to be enclosed and transformed into a winter garden when required. This means the balcony can be enjoyed far beyond the warmer months, creating an additional all-weather entertaining and relaxation space while still making the most of the incredible outlook.   Internally, the apartment continues the same modern feel with an excellent open plan reception, kitchen and dining space . The sleek fitted kitchen comes complete with integrated appliances and has been further enhanced by the addition of a large kitchen island , providing the perfect informal dining area, breakfast bar or central space for entertaining.   Alongside the island there is still ample room for a full dining table and dedicated dining area , making this a fantastic apartment for hosting. Whether entertaining around the kitchen, having dinner with friends or opening the living space directly onto the terrace for drinks overlooking London, the layout works exceptionally well.   The main reception area is spacious and bright, with the apartments corner position providing additional windows and an abundance of natural light. Combined with the panoramic views, large terrace and open plan layout, it gives the apartment a much more distinctive and impressive feel than a typical modern two-bedroom flat.   There are two generous double bedrooms , with the principal bedroom benefiting from fitted wardrobes and its own private en-suite shower room . A second modern bathroom serves the remainder of the apartment, making the layout equally well suited to a professional couple, sharers or anyone looking for a high-quality home with additional working or guest space.   Residents of Vespucci Court also benefit from an excellent range of facilities including a residents gym, secure bicycle storage and 24-hour concierge/security , providing both convenience and peace of mind.   The location offers excellent connectivity across East and Central London, with Limehouse DLR, Stepney Green and Mile End all within easy reach, providing straightforward access towards Canary Wharf, the City, Stratford and Central London .   The surrounding area offers an excellent lifestyle too, with the Limehouse Cut, Regents Canal and River Thames close by for waterside walks and cycling, alongside the restaurants, cafés and historic riverside pubs found throughout Limehouse, Wapping and the Docklands . Canary Wharf is also only a short journey away, providing an extensive choice of restaurants, bars, shopping and leisure facilities. Victoria Park, one of London’s best amenities is in walking distance, with a mix of sports facilities, nature walks, cafes and independent shops and eateries.   Combining a double-width west-facing terrace, spectacular London skyline views, corner position, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outstanding entertaining space , this is a genuinely unique 8th floor apartment and an excellent opportunity to rent one of the more distinctive homes within the development.   Early viewing is highly recommended.   Suitable for two sharers, individuals, couples or small families.   Deposit: 5 weeks Unfurnished apart from white goods Available from 28th September Property additional info En-Suite: 6' 10" x 5' 1" (2.08m x 1.55m) Bedroom: 12' 6" x 10' 3" (3.81m x 3.12m) Bedroom: 15' 10" x 8' 7" (4.83m x 2.62m) Reception/ Dining Room / Kitchen: 24' 6" x 10' 11" (7.47m x 3.33m) Bathroom: 6' 8" x 6' 5" (2.03m x 1.96m) Balcony: 25' 9" x 4' 9" (7.85m x 1.45m)
