The Holding Deposit is equivalent to 1-week rent. As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make certain permitted payments. Deposit: annual rent less than £50,000 is equivalent to five weeks' rent / annual rent £50,000 or more is equivalent to six weeks' rent.
