Located in the popular 26 Aston Street house, the modern studio rooms are always in high demand. Each studio comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a desk with a chair for work or study, and a cozy armchair. Bills (Gas and Water) are included. There is free internet in the building as well. Due to HMO regulations, we rent these apartments to one person each, making them perfect for individuals who want their own space (each studio has a lock on the door for peace of mind). This studio has its own private ensuite bathroom, but you'll share the kitchen and utility room with other tenants. It's a great way to meet and connect with fellow residents. Start Date and Property Preparation: We keep our start dates fixed, and we take 2-3 days to spruce up the place after the previous tenants move out. You don't have to move in on that exact day if it doesn't suit you, but the contract will start. Furniture and Amenities: Our properties come with all the basics, and the kitchen's got everything you need. Bedrooms come fully furnished, all double beds. All our rooms meet the Council's size standards. Utility Bills: Bills aren't included unless specified above. HMO Licensing: Our homes with three or more tenants are Council-approved. You can find our license on their website. Reservation Fee and Guarantor: Ready to snag your spot? Be quick, it's on a first-come-first-serve basis and we ask for one week's rent to hold the property for you. If you decide to go for it, that fee goes toward your first month's rent. We do require a UK homeowner (England/Wales properties), but if you're a student, we've got options for you too! We accept a Cusdos Rent Security Certificate if you are unable to get a guarantor, for example if you are an International Student. Cusdos_com. Contact and Booking: Got questions or want to see the place? Call us anytime! And don't forget, you can book a viewing 24/7, just click 'Book a viewing'. Spots are filling up fast, so don't wait too long! Council Tax band E
